预制门窗一体化叠合墙板的研发

摘　　要：文章研究以纤维水泥板作为副框,通过节点设计,生产工艺优化,制备预制门窗一体化叠合墙板。对该预制门窗一体化叠合墙板进行工况模拟分析,结果表明该预制门窗一体化叠合墙板的应力和应变满足工况要求。This paper studied manufacture of integrated superimposed wall board for fabricated window and door with fiber cement board as sub-frame through node design and production process optimization. The result of simulated working condition analysis to this superimposed wall board for fabricated integrated window and door showed that the stress and strain of this superimposed wall board for fabricated integrated window and door meets requirements of working condition.
