摘  要:该文介绍了一种应用于电磁发射领域的新型无槽双边长定子短动子直线感应电动机,针对该新型电机结构特点,提出适用于该新型直线电机的分布磁路计算方法,在已知电机激磁电流的前提下,对电机沿长度方向进行等间隔分块处理,对相邻等分节点构成的闭合磁路进行磁压降计算,得到关于各等分节点气隙磁密的线性方程组,通过对铁心磁导率进行迭代计算获得各节点的气隙磁密值。在此基础上,由气隙磁密计算绕组磁链,绕组磁链与激磁电流的比值即为对应的电机电感。与有限元计算结果和实验结果的对比,验证了该文提出的磁路计算方法的正确性。This paper proposed a new slot-less double-sided long primary short shuttle linear induction motor used in the field of electromagnetic launcher.According to the characteristics of the new motor structure,the magnetic circuit calculation method for the new linear motor was presented.In the premise of motor excitation current under known,dividing the motor into same sections along the longitudinal direction,magnetic pressure drop of closed magnetic circuit formed by adjacent sub nodes was calculated,the linear equations of the air gap magnetic density of the nodes was obtained.By iterative calculating magnetic permeability at each division node of core yoke portion,the flux density at each division node of the motor air gap was obtained.Based on air gap flux density and excitation current,the corresponding motor inductance was then calculated.The accuracy of the proposed circuit calculation method was validated by comparing the results with those of finite element analysis and experiment.
