摘 要:无刷双馈电机在节能调速系统具有广阔的应用前景。在分析无刷双馈电机转子结构和发展历程,并对比优缺点的基础上,提出了充分发挥磁场调制能力的新型混合转子结构。采用能量摄动法对混合转子无刷双馈电机的电感参数进行计算,利用有限元分析软件进行电动机特性仿真,提出并研制了新型混合转子和磁障转子共用同一定子的两台无刷双馈电动机实验样机,并进行了对比实验研究。结果表明:与磁障转子相比,混合转子的磁场能力获得了进一步提高,运行性能进一步改善。研究结论为新型混合转子无刷双馈电动机的推广应用提供了理论和实验基础。Brushless doubly fed motors have a wide application prospect in energy-efficient speed governing system.This paper proposed a new hybrid rotor structure,which can give full play to the magnetic field modulation capability based on the analyzing of rotor structure and comparing of the advantages and disadvantages.Firstly,the inductance parameters of brushless doubly fed motors with hybrid rotor were calculated by using energy perturbation method.Secondly,the operating characteristics of the motor were analyzed by finite element analysis software.Finally,the prototypes of brushless doubly fed motor with new hybrid rotor and magnetic barrier rotor that sharing the same stator were manufactured.In addition,the comparative experiments were carried out.The results show that the magnetic modulation capability and operating characteristics of hybrid rotors are further improved.These conclusions provide an important basis for the popularization and applications of the brushless doubly fed motor with new hybrid rotor.
