摘　　要：[目的/意义]探讨高校图书馆社会化服务能力的影响因素,分析不同类型高校图书馆社会化服务能力差异,对合理开发利用高校图书馆资源提供参考。[方法/过程]通过层次分析法构建指标体系,利用综合评价法对采集的陕西21所高校样本数据进行实证分析。[结果/结论]影响高校图书馆社会化服务能力的各因素不是独立存在的,只有各因素形成合力,才能塑造竞争力;高校图书馆社会化服务能力与学校的综合实力相关,排名明显分化为三层级;各高校图书馆可以根据测评结果明确自身服务特色和差距所在。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to probe into influencing factors of social service ability of university library,and analyze differences of social service ability in different types university libraries,so as to provide reference for reasonable development and utilization of university library resources. [Method/process]The paper constructs indicator system by analytic hierarchy process（AHP）,and carries out empirical study on sample data collected from 21 universities in Shaanxi by comprehensive evaluation method.[Result/conclusion]Influencing factors of social service ability of university library aren＇t self-existent,only when all factors forms resultant force can shape the competitiveness; university library＇s social service ability is associated with university＇s comprehensive strength,and the ranking is obviously divided into three levels; each university library can base on evaluation result to understand their own service features and gaps.
