摘 要:[目的/意义]探讨图书馆焦虑的产生因素,为改进图书馆服务提供参考依据。[方法/过程]以北京地区高校图书馆焦虑抽样测试数据为基础,对不同学校、身份、性别、学科、选修文检课与否、经常去图书馆与否、经常利用电子资源与否的读者群体,从图书馆焦虑及3个影响因素方面的差异进行显著性检验与分析。[结果/结论]由图书馆硬件环境不足造成的图书馆焦虑群体差异体现在不同学校、不同身份的读者群体上;由图书馆宣传、服务不足造成的图书馆焦虑群体差异体现在使用图书馆习惯不同的读者群体上;不同性别读者图书馆焦虑没有显著差异;不同学科读者群体、选文检课与否读者群体的图书馆焦虑没有显著差异,但会成为有图书馆焦虑倾向的潜在群体。[Purpose/significance]The paper aims to discuss reasons of library anxiety,to provide reference for improving library's service. [Method/process]The paper takes sampling test data on university readers' library anxiety in Beijing area as the basis,carries out significance test and analysis on the difference of library anxiety scales and three latent variables on the following factors:diversities of readers' university,status,sexual and major distinction,taking information retrieval as an optional course or not,visiting library regularly or not,taking advantage of electronic resources or not. [Result/conclusion]The difference of library anxiety caused by library hardware environment is embodied in reader groups divided by university and status; the difference of library anxiety caused by lack of promotion and service is embodied in reader groups with different habit of using library; no significant difference of library anxiety is found in reader groups with different gender; no significant difference of library anxiety is found in reader groups divided by different majors and taking information retrieval course or not,but the two groups can become potential groups with tendency of library anxiety.
