摘  要:对几种常规的阳离子度测试方法进行了比较分析,选择四苯硼钠化学分析法进行钻井液用阳离子烷基糖苷离子度的测定。对四苯硼钠法的测定条件进行了优化,采用溴酚蓝为指示剂、试样加量为1%,得到的滴定效果最佳。介绍了四苯硼钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、氯化钾标准溶液的配制和标定方法,给出了四苯硼钠法测定阳离子烷基糖苷阳离子度的程序和计算方法,并通过室内试验进行了验证和计算。结果表明:该方法重现性好、准确度高,可满足产品采购、验收和质量监督检验的要求。The conventional cationic degree detecting methods are analyzed and compared,and the sodium tetraphenylborate chemical analysis method is chosen to detect the cationic degree for cationic alkyl polyglycoside in drilling fluid. The detecting conditions are optimized,and the titration effect will be better when using bromophenol blue as indicator and the sample amount is 1%. The preparation and calibration methods of standard solution of sodium tetraphenylborate,cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and potassium chloride are presented,and the procedure and calculation of cationic degree by sodium tetraphenylborate method are given. The detecting results are verified and calculated through laboratory test,which shows that the sodium tetraphenylborate method can satisfy the demand of product purchasing,checking and quality supervision with good reproducibility and high degree of accuracy.
