摘  要:在生物柴油生产过程中,采用甘油洗替代水洗脱除粗生物柴油中的碱催化剂,以避免大量废水的产生。对甘油在生物柴油中的溶解度进行了研究。采用气相色谱法测定了甘油在含有不同组分的生物柴油中的溶解度,考察了碳链长度、碘值、碱催化剂及温度等关键因素对甘油在生物柴油中溶解度的影响。结果表明:生物柴油中甲酯碳链越长,甘油在生物柴油中溶解度越小;生物柴油碘值越高,甘油在其中溶解度越大;碱催化剂的存在,使得甘油在生物柴油中的溶解度增大,并且在高真空精馏中发生副反应,导致精馏得率下降;温度越高,甘油在其中溶解度越大,甘油洗温度在50℃左右较适宜。In the biodiesel producing process,using glycerol extraction instead of washing to remove the alkaline catalyst in crude biodiesel can avoid producing large amount of waste water. The solubility of glycerol in the biodiesel is studied. The solubility of glycerol in the biodiesels of different composition is determined by gas chromatography. The effects of carbon chain length,iodine value,base catalyst as well as temperature on the solubility of glycerol in the biodiesel are investigated,respectively. The results show that the solubility of glycerol in biodiesel decreases with the growth of carbon chain length,increases with iodine value rising,and increases with the presence of base catalyst. Base catalyst also causes by-reactions in the process of high vacuum distillation,which results in decrease of distillation efficiency. The solubility of glycerol in biodiesel increases with glycerol extraction temperature rising,and the proper temperature is around 50 ℃.
