摘 要:针对甲醇生产过程中普遍存在的高能耗问题,以夹点技术为基础,以青海某30万t/a天然气制甲醇装置为对象,将整个生产工艺流程作为一个有机的整体进行用能分析及系统优化。通过用能分析构建工艺生产过程的用能总复合曲线(GCC),找出系统用能瓶颈并加以解决,提出能量利用的合理优化方案。能效优化后的换热网络可节约加热公用工程8 622.5 k W、冷却公用工程9 891.1 k W,节能效果分别提高18.6%和14.6%。优化后的结果可为高海拔地区甲醇生产企业的节能降耗工作提供理论参考。Aiming at the prevailing problems of high energy consumption in the methanol production process,in the foundation of pinch technology,the energy utilization of the entire production process as an organic whole system is analyzed and optimized through analyzing the energy-using condition of a 300 kt / a natural gas to methanol unit in Qinghai Province. Through building its grand composite curve( GCC) of energy utilization analysis,the energy " pinch" of the methanol production process is found and resolved,and the reasonable optimized scheme of energy utilization is put forward. The optimized heat exchanger network can save heating utilities of8 622. 5 k W,cooling utilities of 9 891. 1 k W,and the ratio of energy-saving is 18. 6% and 14. 6%,respectively. The optimized results can provide theoretical references to the energy-saving work of methanol production enterprises at high altitudes.
