摘  要:利用夹点技术优化换热网络是提高换热终温的有效措施之一。针对夹点分析给出的结果存在理论性强、涉及到的改造量大的问题,从低温热利用的角度出发,结合夹点技术对常减压装置换热网络进行优化,使热物流换热网络外的热量进入换热网络进行换热,以减少跨越夹点的能量。结果表明:该方法节能效果十分明显,改造后可使原油换热终温提高8℃,且涉及到的调整较小,在工程上更易实现。Optimizing heat exchanger network by the pinch technology is one of the effective measurements to increase the end temperature of heat exchange. Aiming at the problems that the result is too theoretical by using the pinch technology and it requires huge amount of transformation,from using low temperature residual heat angle,the heat exchanger network of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is optimized combined the pinch technology to reduce the energy of across pinch by using the heat energy of the heat streams outside heat exchange network. The results show that the energy saving efficiency of this method is obvious and the end temperature of crude oil heat transfer is increased by 8 ℃. And this method is easy to engineer with small adjustment to the order of heat exchange.
