摘 要:为了解东平湖鲤(Cyprinus carpio)的遗传组成,为发掘、保护及合理利用其种质资源提供细胞遗传学方面的基础资料,采用腹腔注射植物血球凝集素(PHA)和秋水仙素的肾细胞体内培养法,以东平湖鲤头肾组织为材料,通过空气干燥法制备染色体标本,进行染色体组型分析。东平湖鲤的染色体数2n=100,核型公式为2n=20m+38sm+20st+22t,染色体总臂数(NF)为158。通过比较分析认为,东平湖鲤在鲤属鱼类中属于较为进化的类群。To understand the genetic composition of carp(Cyprinus carpio) in Dongping Lake and provide basicdata in cytogenetics for exploration, protection and appropriate utilization of its germplasm resources,karyotype of carp(Cyprinus carpio) in Dongping Lake was studied. PHA and colchicines were injected intohead-kidneys and then the chromosome samples were prepared by air-drying technique. The results showedthat the chromosome number of Cyprinus carpio in Dongping Lake was 2n=100; the karyotype formula was 2n=20m+38sm+20st+22t. The total number of chromosome arms(NF) was 158. Compared with the karyotype ofother fishes in Cyprinus, it was concluded that Cyprinus carpio in Dongping Lake was a more evolutionary groupamong fishes in Cyprinus.
