‘福龙S2’所配组合生育后期抗衰老特性研究

摘  要:旨在给‘福龙S2’所配组合的栽培和今后新品种的选育提供技术参考。以‘福龙两优3381’等4个组合和对照‘两优培九’为材料,研究了生育后期叶面积系数、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、SOD总活性和MDA含量等5个与衰老有关的指标的动态变化及其与产量变化间的关系。5个组合生育后期的叶面积系数、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、SOD总活性均出现不同程度的下降,MDA含量和百株实割产量均呈现不同程度的上升;‘福龙两优1936’和‘福龙两优3389’在5个指标上的表现均强于对照,‘福龙两优3381’和‘福龙两优1031’在叶面积系数、叶绿素含量和SOD总活性3个指标上的表现均弱于对照,但在可溶性蛋白质含量、MDA含量和百株实割产量3个指标上的表现却均强于对照;5个组合可溶性蛋白质含量和MDA含量与百株实割产量间的相关性均达到极显著水平。与对照相比,福龙两优系列组合生育后期的抗衰老表现强弱各异,但产量增幅均较对照大;可溶性蛋白质含量和MDA含量2个指标能定性区分参试组合间的产量差异;将福龙两优系列4个组合的收获期推迟到始穗后50天左右,可获得最佳的单位产量和经济效益。In order to provide technical reference for cultivating the combinations derived from‘Fulong S2'and breeding of new varieties,4 combinations derived from‘Fulong S2'and‘Liangyoupeijiu'(CK) were usedas materials.The dynamic variations of 5 indexes,including the coefficient of leaf area,chlorophyll content,soluble protein content,total SOD activity and MDA content,which were related to antisenescence,and theirrelationship with the yield were measured in the late growth duration.The yield per 100 plants and MDAcontent of the 5 combinations were rising gradually,while the coefficient of leaf area,chlorophyll content,soluble protein content and total SOD activity decreased gradually.All physiologic and biochemical indexesshowed that‘Fulongliangyou1936'and 'Fulongliangyou3389'were more antisenescence than CK.Thecoefficient of leaf area,chlorophyll content and total SOD activity of ‘Fulongliangyou3381' and 'Fulongliangyou1031'were lower than that of CK,while the yield per 100 plants,soluble protein content andMDA content were higher than that of CK.For all the 5 combinations,the correlation between soluble protein content and the yield per 100 plants was significant,so was the correlation between the MDA content and theyield per 100 plants.The antisenescence performances of the 4 combinations derived from‘Fulong S2'weredifferent from that of CK in the late growth duration,while the yield increase were all stronger than that of CK.The soluble protein content and MDA content could be used to forecast yield potential of the 4 combinationsindirectly.Farmers could get the best unit yield and economic benefits if the harvest time was postponed to 50 days after head sprouting.
