摘　　要：以课程论为研究的指导思想,以黑龙江省部分高校体育教师、体育行政领导、在校大学生为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈调查法、逻辑推理法等多种研究方法对黑龙江省20所普通高校开设冰雪校本课程的现状进行调查研究。并对问卷调查结果进行分析,总结出黑龙江省部分高校冰雪校本课程开发存在的问题,针对存在的问题提出加大投资,加强冰雪项目设施的建设,深化冰雪校本课程教学改革、课程设置多样化,加强课程资源的系统整合,开展多元化的冰雪课堂,转变教育观念,加强体育教师冰雪素质的建设等相应的发展策略,以期为促进黑龙江省高校冰雪校本课程开发提供参考。With the guidance of curriculum theory,with the investigation object of physical education teachers,administrative leaders,students in some universities in Heilongjiang province,with the methods of documentary information,questionnaire,interview and logical reasoning,the paper has an analysis on the current situation of opening the schoolbased curriculum in 20 universities in Heilongjiang province.The results from questionnaire show some existent problems of opening the curriculum.Aiming at the problems,it puts forward the corresponding development strategy as follows: increase the investment of constructing ice-snow sports facilities,deepen the reform of ice-snow schoolbased curriculum,enhance the teaching diversification and resource integration,develop the multiple ice-snow teaching,change the education idea and improve the teachers’ ice-snow sports quality.As a reference,its purpose is to accelerate the ice-snow schoolbased curriculum development in universities in Heilongjiang province.
