摘  要:短道速滑是一项主要以体、技能为主的竞技体育项目,研究高强度间歇训练对短道速滑运动员体能与技能的积极影响与作用,探索适合提高我国短道速滑运动员竞技能力水平的高强度间歇训练模式。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法等方法对短道速滑运动员实验组与对照组的高强度间歇训练与非高强度间歇训练后血清肌酸激酶、血尿素、血睾酮、血红蛋白等生理生化指标进行测试,分析其变化规律与特点,证实高强度间歇训练的有效性。短道速滑运动员实验组与对照组的生理生化指标变化表明,研究设计的高强度间歇训练模式对运动员体能的提高具有积极影响,拓展了我国短道速滑体能训练的路径。Short track speed skating is a competitive sports program mainly based on body and skill.It studies the positive influence and effect of high-intensity interval training on the physical strength and skills of short track speed skaters,and explores the suitable ability to improve the athletic ability of Chinese short track speed skaters.Horizontal high-intensity interval training mode.Physiological methods such as serum creatine kinase,blood urea,blood testosterone,hemoglobin,etc.after high-intensity interval training and non-high-intensity interval training of short-track speed skater experimental group and control group were carried out by means of literature method,expert interview method and experimental method.The biochemical indicators were tested and analyzed for their changes and characteristics,which confirmed the effectiveness of high-intensity interval training.The changes of physiological and biochemical indexes of the experimental group and the control group of the short track speed skater indicate that the high-intensity interval training mode of the research design has a positive impact on the improvement of the athlete’s physical fitness,and expands the path of the short track speed skating physical training in China.
