摘　　要：随着我国经济的腾飞,人们的生活水平日益提高,对冰雪运动后备人才的培养也出现了质的变化,探索新时期人们对体育文化的需求,找到适合当前形势的我国冰雪运动后备人才培养的模式和机制是解决冰雪运动后继乏人的关键环节。缺乏新时期对人们体育文化的需求的培养机制、不重视人才的整体素质的培养、缺乏完整的保障体系等是制约我国冰雪运动项目后备人才主要问题。提出发挥高校文化、教育、科研的优势,构建高校培养冰雪运动后备人才的"学习、训练、科研、就业"新模式,为逐步构建适合我国社会经济发展的冰雪运动后备人才培养体系提供理论参考依据。With the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s living standards are improving day by day.The training of reserve talents for ice and snow sports has also undergone sexual changes.Explore the demand for sports culture in the new era and find the reserve talents for China’s ice and snow suitable for the current situation.The mode and mechanism of training is the key link to solve the problem of lack of people after the snow and ice movement.It is believed that the lack of training mechanism for people’s demand for sports culture in the new period,the lack of attention to the cultivation of the overall quality of talents,and the lack of a complete guarantee system are the main problems that restrict the reserve talents of China’s ice and snow sports.It puts forward the advantages of college culture,education and scientific research,and builds a new model of'learning,training,scientific research and employment'for training the reserve talents of ice and snow sports in colleges and universities,and provides a theoretical reference for the gradual optimization of the training system for the reserve of ice and snow sports in China.
