摘  要:在冰雪运动专业人才的培养上引入胜任力进行讨论和剖析,旨在为高等体育院校冰雪运动专业人才培养的模式提供可靠的理论基础和依据。通过文献资料法、调查法对我国急需的冰雪人才现状及冰雪专业人才培养过程中存在的问题进行分析。冰雪行业技术性工作具有技术要求精度较高且门类较为细化的特点,人才培养程度较难,培养周期也比较长,专业人才短缺的巨大缺口已经成为我国冰雪运动事业发展进程中最重要的瓶颈问题。为提高冰雪人才的素质与加快培养速度,基于胜任力理论模型对冰雪人才的岗位进行分类,针对不同岗位提出管理人才应强化全面能力素养,竞技人才注重创新力、亲和力和沟通能力的培养等不同的岗位培养新策略。In the training of ice and snow sports professionals,the introduction of competency is discussed and analyzed.The aim is to provide a reliable theoretical basis and basis for the training of ice and snow sports professionals in higher sports colleges.Through the literature data method and the investigation method,the current situation of the ice and snow talents urgently needed in China and the problems existing in the process of training the ice and snow professionals are analyzed.The technical work of the ice and snow industry has the characteristics of high technical requirements and relatively detailed categories,and the training of talents is difficult.The training period is also relatively long,and the huge shortage of professional talents has become the most important bottleneck in the development of China’s ice and snow sports.In order to improve the quality of ice and snow talents and speed up the training,based on the competency theory model to classify the positions of ice and snow talents,the management talents for different positions should strengthen the comprehensive ability,and the competitive talents focus on the cultivation of innovation,affinity and communication skills.The post develops new strategies.
