构建黑龙江省高校冰雪产业区域性校企联盟运营模式的可行性研究

摘　　要：2022年北京冬奥会的成功申办,不仅为我国冰雪运动发展布局的规划、调整与重组提出了必然的诉求,同时也为我国冰雪产业的发展提供了大好的契机。高校冰雪教学作为我国冰雪运动发展体系的重要组成部分,在全新的社会发展形势下,开启对冰雪产业发展模式的尝试与涉猎,具有必要性。鉴于此,通过对构建黑龙江省高校冰雪产业区域性校企联盟模式的可行性进行论证与分析,提出遵循因地制宜的原则,开发适合于高校冰雪产业发展的项目;明确发展取向,提出推动与规范区域性校企联盟运营模式构建等相关的发展策略。旨在于为拓展黑龙江省高校冰雪教学发展的全新思路,促进黑龙江省高校冰雪运动的适应性发展,补充与完善黑龙江省冰雪产业的发展布局,提供必要的借鉴与参考。The success of the bid for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics not only puts forward an inevitable demand for the planning,adjustment and reorganization of the development layout of China’s ice and snow sports,but also provides a good opportunity for the development of China’s ice and snow industry.As an important part of China’s ice and snow sports development system,it is necessary for colleges and universities to start experimenting and dabbling in the development model of ice and snow industry under the new social development situation.In view of this,through the demonstration and analysis of the feasibility of building a regional school-enterprise alliance model for the ice and snow industry in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province,the relevant development strategies are discussed in order to provide necessary reference and reference for expanding the new thinking of the ice and snow teaching development in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province,promoting the adaptive development of the ice and snow movement in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province,supplementing and perfecting the development layout of the ice and snow industry in Heilongjiang Province.
