摘　　要：十九大报告为今后一段时间我国体育运动发展定了位,也为高校体育运动文化的发展进行了方向指引。通过文献资料、数据对比、逻辑分析等方法,研究近年来我国高校冰雪体育运动文化建设方面的发展状况,对新时代下我国高校冰雪体育运动文化建设方面的多元意义予以分析。总结出提升大学生社会适应能力的观点,为我国冰雪体育文化提供理论支持,营造全民冰雪文化氛围等新时代下高校冰雪体育运动文化建设素质教育的意义,以期对新时代下我国高校冰雪体育运动文化的建设理论提供抛砖引玉的作用。The report of the 19 th National Congress is the orientation of the development of sports in China in the future,and it also guides the development of sports culture in colleges and universities.Through the methods of literature,data comparison and logic analysis,this paper studies the development of ice and snow sports culture construction in colleges and universities in China in recent years,and analyzes the multi-meaningful significance of the construction of Chinese ice and snow sports culture in the new era,and summarizes the promotion of college students.The social adaptability,provide theoretical support for China’s ice sports culture,and create the significance of the ice and snow sports culture construction quality education in colleges and universities in the new era,in order to provide a theoretical introduction to the construction theory of Chinese colleges and universities in the new era.effect.
