摘 要:冰壶运动的场地覆盖冰块,运动员们反应敏捷、精准投壶,项目集健身、娱乐、竞技于一体,呈现出了极高的观赏价值和健身价值。在冰壶运动中,一旦出现情绪紧张、动作失调,将会严重影响投壶成绩,这就要求运动员必须具备克服心理障碍的能力。通过介绍冰壶运动的项目特点,分析冰壶运动员心理障碍产生的原因,讨论冰壶运动员必备的心理技能,总结出自我暗示训练法、注意力调控方法、视觉表象训练法、音乐调控训练法、模拟比赛训练法和建立多重目标法等冰壶运动员克服心理障碍的训练方法,旨在从根本上提升我国冰壶运动员的技战术水平。The field of curling sports covers ice.The athletes respond with agility and precise throwing pots.It integrate fitness,entertainment and competition,and present a high ornamental value and fitness value.In the curling exercise,once the mood is tense and the movement is out of tune,it will seriously affect the performance of the pot,which requires the athlete to have the ability to overcome the psychological obstacles.By introducing the characteristics of the curling exercise,this paper analyzes the causes of the psychological obstacles of the curling athletes,discusses the necessary psychological skills of the curling athletes,and summarizes the self-imposed training method,the attention control method,the visual representation training method,the music regulation training method,simulation game training method,and to establish a multi-target method and other training methods for curling athletes to overcome psychological obstacles,aiming to provide a reference for fundamentally improving the skill and tactics of Chinese curlers.
