摘　　要：单板U型场地滑雪技术包含较多关键技术动作,教练员只有掌握了关键技术动作与训练的要领才能预防运动员在训练过程中不出现运动性损伤,保证运动员的安全与较快地掌握关键技术动作,使动作更加美观。单板U型场地滑雪关键技术动作包含基础滑行动作、空中花式动作和空中抓板动作,其中空中花式动作是练习与掌握的难点。因此,在单板U型场地滑雪训练中,教练员需要认识滑雪运动技术行为流程,针对不同群体设定训练目标,因材施教,寓教于乐。控制好训练的强度与难度设置,不断优化训练的观念,提高训练的创新能力,努力实现科学化训练。The single-plate U-shaped skiing technology involves more key technical movements.Only the masters master the key technical movements and training essentials to prevent athletes from exercising sports injuries during the training process,ensuring the safety and quick mastery of the athletes.Key technical actions make the action more beautiful.The key technical actions of the single-board U-shaped field skiing include basic sliding action,aerial fancy action and aerial grabbing action.The aerial fancy action is the difficulty of practice and master.therefore.In the single-board U-type skiing training,the coaches need to know the skiing technical behavior process,set the training goals for different groups,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,entertain and educate,control the intensity and difficulty of training,and constantly optimize the concept of training.Improve the innovation ability of training and strive to achieve scientific training.
