高校冬季体育教学与学生心理品质的塑造

摘　　要：大学冬季体育教育包含丰富的内容,从授课形式来看,其中包含理论课和实践课,而实践课又包含多种体育项目课程的教育,为活跃学生业余生活与构建校园冬季体育文化氛围提供了保障。本着全面发展学生身心,促进学生身心健康的教育目的,以学生对冬季体育项目的学习和实践为基础,实行有规划、有创意的冰雪竞技体育教育,能够通过竞技体育具有的健身功能、娱乐功能、竞争意识的功能、多元化的教育功能等,对学生心理情绪、思想与行为、适应能力、意志品质、人际关系等心理方面的因素起到积极地作用,对学生心理品质的塑造有着重要的影响。College physical education contains abundant contents.In terms of teaching form,it includes theoretical and practical courses,while practical courses also include various physical education courses.In order to enrich students’spare time life,in line with the educational purpose of developing students’physical and mental health and promoting students’physical and mental health,it is based on students’learning and practice of these sports projects to implement a planned and innovative approach.Intentional competitive sports education can play a positive role in students’psychological factors such as mood,thought and behavior,adaptability,will quality,interpersonal relationship and so on by means of fitness function,entertainment function,competitive consciousness function and diversified educational function of competitive sports.It is also important for students to shape their psychological quality.Influence.
