摘 要:目的:建立平喘颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)法对平喘颗粒中淫羊藿、黄芪、炙麻黄、五味子进行定性鉴别,并用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定平喘颗粒中淫羊藿苷、黄芪甲苷的含量。结果:TLC能定性检出淫羊藿、黄芪、炙麻黄、五味子,斑点清晰,分离度好,且阴性对照无干扰;淫羊藿苷、黄芪甲苷分别在7.6-76.0μg/mL(r=0.9998)、0.99-31.85μg/mL(r=0.9994)范围内与峰面积均呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为96.50%、99.53%。结论:所建立的定性、定量检测方法操作简便,专属性强、重复性好、结果准确可靠,可作为平喘颗粒的质量控制方法。Objective: To establish the quality standard for Pingchuan Granules. Methods: TLC method was used for qualitative identification of Herba Epimedii, Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, honey-fried Herba Ephedrae, and Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis. HPLC method was used to determine the contents of Icariin and Astragaloside Ⅳ in the granules. Results: The TLC method can qualitatively identify the Herba Epimedii, Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, honey-fried Herba Ephedrae, and Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis. The spots were clear with good separation and without interference in the negative reference. The Icariin and Astragaloside Ⅳ showed a good linearity in the measurement range of 7.6-76.0μg/mL(r=0.9998), 0.99/31.85μg/mL(r=0.9994). The average recoveries were 96.50% and 99.53%, respectively. Conclusion: The established qualitative and quantitative detection method is simple, specific, reproducible, accurate and reliable and can be used for quality control of Pingchuan Granules.
