摘 要:[目的]探讨NC55在潍坊烟区最优的栽培措施组合。[方法]采用裂区设计,设置施氮量和密度2个因素,研究不同密度和施氮量对烟株长势和产质量的影响。[结果]密度一定时,随施氮量的增加,大田生育期逐渐延长。在相同施氮水平下,烟株茎围和各部位叶面积则随着密度的降低而增加,产量、产值、上等烟比例均呈升高趋势。均价、产值则随施氮量的增加先升高后降低。[结论]该试验最优组合为中等施氮量90.0 kg/hm^2、密度1.20 m×0.45 m。[Objective] To discuss the optimal cultivation combination of NC55 in Weifang tobacco areas. [Method] Split block design was adopted with two factors of nitrogen application and planting density. We studied the effects of planting density and fertilizer application, on the growth and quality of tobacco leaves. [ Result] Under same density ,the field growing stage was prolonged with the increasing of nitrogen rate. Under the same nitrogen rate condition,stem diameter and leaf area enhanced as the density decreased; while the yield,output value and percentage of first-class tobacco showed a rising trend. Average price and output value increased first and decreased later with the increase of nitrogen rate. [ Conclusion ] The optimal combination is 90.0 kg N/hm^2 nitrogen application and 1.20 m × 0.45 m planting density.
