摘 要:[目的]筛选污水处理厂混凝沉淀工艺的最佳絮凝剂,为含高比例印染废水和制革废水的城市污水处理厂的调试运行提供参考依据。[方法]以聚合氯化铝(PAC)、试剂A、试剂B、试剂C、试剂D、试剂E及聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)7种药剂作为絮凝剂,对含高比例印染废水和制革废水的城市污水处理厂二沉池出水进行混凝沉淀处理试验,各药剂设不同投加量,考察各药剂对出水CODCr的去除效果,并分析了各药剂的处理成本。[结果]试剂B和试剂D处理效果较好,其中,试剂B的投加量为30 mg/L,PAC投加量为36 mg/L,PAM投加量为0.3 mg/L时,对出水CODCr的去除率为49.56%;试剂D投加量为50 mg/L、试剂E投加量为20 mg/L时,对出水CODCr的去除率为49.89%。试剂B的成本为0.628元/m3,试剂D的成本为0.278元/m3。[结论]试剂D对CODCr的去除效果较好,且成本较低,是污水处理厂混凝沉淀工艺较理想的药剂。[ Objective ] The aim was to screen out the optimal coagulant ,and to provide reference basis for commissioning of wastewater treatment plant with high proportion dyeing and tanning wastewater. [ Method] By applying PAC ,reagent A,reagent B,reagent C ,reagent D and reagent E and PAM,the coagulation-sedimentation experiment was conducted on effluent containing significant dyeing wastewater and tanning wastewater from secondary clarifier of municipal wastewater treatment plant. Setting up different dosages,the removal effect of each reagent on CODCr effluent was studied,and cost of each treatment was analyzed. [ Result] The results showed that reagent B and D had better performance. The removal rate of CODCr effluent can be 49.56% with reagent B dosage of 30.00 mg/L in which the dosage of PAC and PAM were 36 and 0.3 mg/L. In contrast ,the removal rate of CODCr effluent was 49.89% with reagent D dosage of 50 mg/L plus 20 mg/L reagent E. Based on calculation ,the cost of reagent B and reagent D for treating wastewater are 0. 628 and 0. 278 Yuan/m^3 ,respectively. [ Conclusion] Reagent D has good removal effect on CODCr with low cost ,which is as an ideal coagulant for coagulation-sedimentation process of wastewater treatment plant.
