摘  要:[目的]建立一种用Na OH皂化马铃薯茎、叶中茄尼醇的方法,并考察浓度、温度、时间等因素对皂化的影响。[方法]采用加热回流提取法从马铃薯茎、叶中提取得到茄尼醇浓缩液,再用Na OH对茄尼醇酯进行皂化,得到更多游离茄尼醇。[结果]Na OH皂化的条件为Na OH浓度0.75 mol/L、皂化时间0.5 h、皂化温度40℃,经皂化后可使溶液中茄尼醇含量增加37%。[结论]该方法操作简便、合理,可行性强,有利于提高茄尼醇含量。[ Objective ] To establish a method for solanesol detection in potato stems and leaves by NaOH saponification, and to investigate the effects of concentration,temperature,time and factor on saponification. [ Method ] Concentrated suiution of solanesol was extracted from the potato stems and leaves by heated reflux extraction. Then, saponification of solanesol was carried out by NaOH, so as to obtain more free solanesols. [ Result] The conditions for NaOH saponification were as follows :0.75 mol/L NaOH; 0.5 h saponification time; 40 ℃ saponification temperature. After saponification,the solanesol content enhanced by 37% in the solution. [ Conclusion ] This method is simple, reasonable and practicable, which is beneficial to increase the content of solanesol.
