植物提取物对感染烟草普通花叶病烟株品质的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨植物提取物对烤后烟品质特性的影响,为开发植物源提取物防治烟草普通花叶病毒病提供理论依据。[方法]采用大田直接喷施方法,测定并分析美洲商陆和绞股蓝的提取物对烤后烟常规化学成分、矿质元素及产质量等指标的影响。[结果]感病植株各品质指标显著降低,喷施2种植物提取物后,感病植株烤后烟各品质指标都得到不同程度的恢复,其效果大小顺序为复配制剂、商陆提取物、绞股蓝提取物,且高浓度效果优于低浓度。[结论]美洲商陆和绞股蓝提取物对正常烟株品质指标无不良影响,但能显著改善感病植株各品质指标,是防治烟草普通花叶病毒病较理想的植物源药剂。[ Objective ] The aim was to discuss effects of different plant source extracts on quality of flue-cured tobacco and provide theoretical basis for controlling TMV. [ Method] Field spraying was taken as experimental method, effects of pokeweed and gynostemma extracts on chemical components, mineral elements and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied [ Result] The quality indexes of infected TMV plant were declined, however, these quality indexes were alleviated by spraying plant source extracts. The effects showed mixture 〉 pokeweed extracts 〉 gynostemma extracts, and high concentration of extracts indicated better effects than low concentration. [ Conclusion ] The extracts of pokeweed and gynostemma have no negative effects on quality of normal flue-cured tobacco, but can significantly improve qualities of infected TMV plants. Pokeweed and gynostemma could act as plant sources to exploit biogenic pesticides.
