摘 要:利用模糊综合评判模型与层次分析法(AHP)相结合的数理分析方法对农业科研院所绩效评价体系进行实证分析。运用AHP方法建立了多层次的因子综合评价指标体系,构建了覆盖6个方面5个层次包含95个具体指标的农业研究所评价量表,通过模糊综合评判模型对研究所多个绩效指标量化赋分求解,得到农业研究所绩效评价考核排序量表。结果表明:模糊综合评判模型与层次分析法(AHP)相结合的数理分析方法对于农业科研单位绩效量化考核应用,提供了一套科学的考核与评价手段,可以为同类科研单位科学管理提供借鉴和参考。By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and AHP method, the performance assessment system of agricultural scientific research institute was analyzed. AHP method was used to establish a multi-level factor comprehensive evaluation index system, and the evaluation scale of agricultural research institute, which covers 5 aspects of 6 levels, including 95 specific indicators, was constructed. Through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the quantitative assignment of multiple performance indexes was solved, the ranking scale of performance evaluation was obtained. The results showed that the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and AHP method in performance quantitative assessment of agricultural scientific research institutes provide a set of scientific assessment means and reference for scientific man- agement of similar scientific research institutions.
