摘  要:【目的】分析不同授粉方式对薄皮甜瓜内源激素变化的影响,揭示薄皮甜瓜果实早期发育的规律。【方法】以薄皮甜瓜(Cucumis melo L.)"京蜜11号"为试材,设定坐果剂蘸花授粉和人工授粉两种授粉方式为处理,以未授粉果实为对照,采用石蜡切片技术观察了薄皮甜瓜果实早期发育阶段的细胞学变化,并利用酶联免疫法测定了其发育过程中的内源激素含量变化。【结果】薄皮甜瓜开花后,人工授粉和坐果剂蘸花处理后果实逐渐大于未授粉果实,且开花3 d后差异非常明显。薄皮甜瓜生长前期,坐果剂蘸花和人工授粉后果实中生长素含量高于未授粉果实,赤霉素、细胞分裂素变化趋势与生长素相似,脱落酸含量显著低于未授粉果实。【结论】整体来看,薄皮甜瓜开花后3 d可能是细胞快速膨大的启动时期,内源激素含量的变化与果实前期发育关系密切。【Objective】To analyze the influence on the change of endogenous hormones under different pollination methods,and reveal the regulation in the early development of melon.【Methods】This study adopted melon( Cucumis melo L.) "Jingmi 11"as the test materials,based on different pollination methods of dipping flower pollination and artificial pollination,the non-pollination was control,observing cytological changes by technique of paraffin section before and after pollination. The content of hormone was determined by the method of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay during the early development of melon.【Results】Fruits with dipping flower pollination and artificial pollination were bigger than non-pollination treatment after flowing,and the phenomenon was more obvious after flowing for 3 d. The content of IAA with the treatments of dipping flower pollination and artificial pollination was bigger than non-pollination in the early development of melon. the changes of GA and ZR were similar with IAA. The contents of ABA with dipping flower pollination and artificial pollination were obviously lower than the fruits without pollination.【Conclusion】Integrated as a whole,the 3 d may be the starting period of cell expansion after flowering,the changes of endogenous hormones were closely relation to the growth of melon fruitduring early development.
