摘  要:【目的】探明加热和干燥剂两种方法干燥不同初始含水量一串红种子的适宜条件。【方法】对干燥过程中种子含水量和干燥后种子发芽率的进行测定,设置不同的干燥温度,种子初始含水量,种子与变色硅胶质量比。【结果】结果表明初始含水量为15%的一串红种子适宜40℃干燥210 min;初始含水量20%的一串红种子适宜40℃干燥240 min;初始含水量不高于24.0%的一串红种子40℃干燥是安全的;初始含水量为30%的一串红种子在35℃干燥30 min,再在40℃干燥230 min。种子与变色硅胶质量比为1∶8,初始含水量15%、20%、30%的一串红种子分别需要干燥1 d、2 d、2 d含水量达到标准。【结论】上述研究对一串红种子采后处理机械化、标准化提供重要技术支持。【Objective】In this study,the suitable drying condition of Salvia splendens seeds with different initial water content was investigated using two drying methods,heating and desiccant.【Methods】The factors influencing drying effect including drying temperature,initial water content of seeds,and weight ratio of seed and desiccant were analyzed through measuring the seed water content and germination rate during the drying process. 【Results】The results showed that the seeds with 15% initial water content were suited to be dried for 210 min at 40 ℃. The seeds with 20% initial water content were suited to be dried for 240 min at 40 ℃. The drying temperature of 40 ℃ was safe for the seeds whose contents were less than 24%. The seeds with 30% initial water content were suited to be dried firstly for 30 min at 35 ℃,then for 230 min at 40 ℃. When the weight ratio of seed and desiccant was 1 ∶ 8,for the seeds with15%,20%,and 30% initial water content,the drying time were 1 d,2 d,and 2 d respectively,then the water content was up to the standard. 【Conclusion】The results provided strong technical support for mechanization and standardization of postharvest handling of S. splendens seeds.
