摘 要:为深入分析石化行业人员不安全行为影响因素,在对183家石化企业实际数据调研的基础上,从人员情况、工艺设备、生产环境与管理概况等4个方面开展石化行业人员行为安全文献研究。基于可拓集与熵权论,建立石化行业人员不安全行为影响因素的物元可拓模型。构造影响因素关联函数,计算各因素间的综合影响关联度。结果表明:组织因素通过企业管理模式影响员工行为,个体因素通过信息处理方式反馈个体行为。从调控管理的视角统领组织因素建设,促进员工安全行为,并以分级细化的方式促进个体因素的良好培养,是石化行业应用行为安全方法的有效途径。To analyze factors influencing unsafe behavior of employees in petrochemical industry,data surveys on 183 petrochemical enterprises were made. Based on these, literature researches were carried out on safety behavior of the employees from 4 aspects, such as personnel situation, process equipment,production and management. Through extension set theory and entropy weight theory, a matter-element model was built for factors influencing unsafe behavior of the employees. Correlation functions of influencing factors were established to calculate comprehensive influence correlation. The result shows that employees' behaviors were affected by organizational factors through enterprise management mode, that individual behaviors were affected by individual factors through information processing feedback, and that effective application of behavior safety methods to petrochemical industry requires organizational factors construction from the perspective of controlling management, promoting employees' safety behaviors positively and individual factors cultivation by hierarchical refinement.
