摘 要:本文以黄花风铃木、红花风铃木、紫花风铃木为对象,研究不同植物生长调节剂种类、浓度、浸泡时间对其扦插生根的影响。结果表明:风铃木属于难以扦插生根的植物,生根所需时间较长,红花风铃木扦插40 d后开始生根,黄花风铃木扦插70 d后开始生根;紫花风铃木穗条扦插45 d后全部死亡,均未生根。红花风铃木扦插效果较好,植物生长调节剂ABT浓度1 000 mg·L-1生根效果最好,生根率达到61.54%;黄花风铃木最高生根率为20%,扦插130 d后仍有存活穗条但未生根,ABT处理黄花风铃木扦插效果最好,植物生长调节剂浓度越高扦插效果越好,浸泡时间不易超过10 min。This paper reports on a study to examine the influence of different plant growth regulators, different growth regulator concentrations and different soaking times on the rooting success of cuttings of Tabebuia chrysanthes, Tabebuia impetiginosa and Handroanthus impetiginosus. The results showed that cuttings of T. chrysanthes are difficult to root and required for a long time to initiate roots, no matter which treatments were applied. Whilst cuttings of T. chrysanthes took up to 70 days to root, all of the H. impetiginosus cuttings died after 45 days and had no rooting. T. impetiginosa had the highest rooting success, and achieved up to 61.5% rooting when treated with 1000 mg·L-1 ABT plant growth regulator. The highest rooting rate of T. chrysanthes was 20%, and even after 130 days unrooted cuttings were still alive. The best plant growth regulator for stimulating rooting proved to be ABT, and higher plant growth regulator concentrations generally resulted in better rooting. The optimum soaking times for immersing the cuttings in plant growth regulator solutions was no more than 10 minutes.
