摘　　要：我国的慈善事业发展中,多元参与主体合作共治明显不足,慈善合作模式创新势在必行。以利益相关者理论为视角构建慈善合作模式,应明确各方主体权力,搭建多元共治的慈善合作平台;提高信息公开透明度,建立多元主体的慈善监督机制;扩大资源的来源渠道,合理配置慈善资源;构建便捷的慈善网络平台,加强合作各方的互动交流。In the development of China's philanthropy,multiple participation and participants' cooperation are lacking,therefore the innovation of the mode of charity cooperation is imperative. It is necessary to construct philanthropic modes of cooperation from the perspective of stakeholder theory,define the powers of the participants,build a multi governance charity cooperation platform,enhance the transparency of information disclosure,establish a multi- subject charity supervision mechanism,expand the sources of resources,rationally allocate charity resources,set up a convenient charity network platform,and strengthen the exchanges between the cooperation parties.
