摘 要:储罐区的事故预防方法研究对避免事故升级是至关重要的。因储罐区中广泛分布的重大危险设施(MHI)可能引发多米诺效应。为了减少事故规模和防止灾难性后果,必须切断多米诺效应网络中MHI的关系。本文运用了离散孤岛法(DII),建立了评估整个储罐区的MHI关联水平和确定关键MHI的计算模型,并针运用该模型进行应用模拟计算验证。应用表明,该模型能够提供可能的方法来确定引发多米诺效应升级的关键MHI,是提高化学工业园储罐区安全水平的非常效的技术预防措施。The study of domino effect of tank field is crucial to avoid accident upgrade. Domino effect network may be raised by major hazard installation(MHI) which distribute widely in tank field. In order to reduce the accident scale and prevent catastrophic consequences of accident, must cut off a domino effect relationship network between MHIs. This paper uses discrete isolated island method( DII) building computing model to evaluate association level of MHI in the entire tank field and determine the key MHI. And use this model for application simulation verification. The application shows that the model can provide a possible method to determine the key MHI of domino effect upgrade, and it is also very effective technical precaution.to improve the storage security level of tank fied.
