急诊护士参与踩踏事件批量伤员救护体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的深入了解参与拥挤踩踏事件救护工作的急诊护士的真实心理体验。方法 2015年3月,采用目的抽样法抽取参与2015年元旦前夕外滩拥挤踩踏事件批量伤员救护的急诊室护士15名为研究对象,并对其进行一对一的半结构式访谈。采用Colaizzi现象学分析法对获取的资料认真整理、分析,归纳出主题。结果护士在参与外滩拥挤踩踏事件批量伤员救护中心理感受复杂,认为批量伤员的综合救护能力有待进一步提高,现场自救互救能力尚需提高。结论只有制定科学的、完善的应急救治流程和预案,不断进行演练,护士才能具备应对突发事件的能力,才能面对突发事件时做到物资充足、人员分工合理、科室配合默契、后续分流快速,从而最终达到最优的救治效果。Objective To deeply understand the true inner experience of emergency nurses participating batch wounded person rescue in the stampede accident.Methods By using purposive sampling,15 nurses were selected and interviewed face-to-face,and the content was analyzed by Colaizzi method.ResultsNurses had complex feelings during the rescue,they claimed that the rescue ability was needed for further improvement,as well as self-rescue ability.Conclusions Scientific and well-planned emergency rescue process and plan,with continues practice,that should possess nurses＇ ability to deal with emergency accident.Enough supplies,reasonable human resource allocation,perfect cooperation between departments,speedy evacuation will finally come to an optimized rescue outcome.
