“2+1+X”考核模式在护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践能力毕业考核中的应用

摘　　要：目的评估护理硕士专业学位(master of nursing specialist,MNS)研究生临床实践能力和临床教学效果。方法2015年,便利抽样法选取重庆医科大学2015届全体MNS研究生14名为研究对象,自行设计病例,结合"2+1+X"考核模式制定考核方案,以MNS研究生临床实践能力评价指标体系为依据,制定评价标准,并进行毕业临床实践能力考核,考核结束后自行设计满意度问卷对所有考生进行调查。结果全体考生考核成绩合格率为100%,综合成绩平均为(86.7±14.0)分。考生对本次考核满意率>85.0%。结论该考核方式能够全面综合地评价学生的临床实践能力,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical practice ability and clinical teaching efficiency of master of nursing specialist（MNS）.Methods By convenience sampling,14 students were selected,and combined self-designed cases with the‘2＋1＋X＇model to make an assessment program,and develop a capability evaluation criteria for assessing the capability based on the clinical practice ability evaluation index system of MNS.The satisfaction level of all participants was evaluated by self-designed questionnaire.Results The exam pass rate was 100%,and the average score was（86.7±14.0）.The satisfaction rate was higher than 85.0%.Conclusions This model can evaluate student＇s clinical practice ability comprehensively,which is worth for clinical promotion.
