摘 要:目的探讨糖尿病同伴教育者参与"看图对话"教育形式的效果。方法 2014年1月至2015年12月,便利抽样法选择华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院内分泌科收治的糖尿病患者320例为研究对象。以2014年度收治的患者(n=178)为对照组,采用"看图对话"的教育方式;以2015年度收治的患者(n=142)为观察组,采用糖尿病同伴教育者参与"看图对话"教育形式。两组患者均由糖尿病专科护士按"看图对话"辅导员手册进行教育,比较每位患者在教育过程中的发言时间和教育后填写的第三版糖尿病态度量表(the third version of the diabetes attitude scale,DAS.3)的得分情况,并观察两组患者出院后6个月的糖化血红蛋白(hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c)。结果观察组患者平均发言时间和DAS.3量表得分均高于对照组,而出院6个月复查的HbA1c低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论糖尿病同伴教育者参与"看图对话"教育形式,提高了"看图对话"的教育效果,能促进患者血糖达标。Objective To discuss the effect of diabetic peer educators participating figure dialogue education mode.Methods By convenience sampling,320 cases were selected and divided into control group(n=178)who admitted in 2014,and applied with‘figure dialogue'education mode,and observation group(n=142),patients who admitted in 2015,and applied with diabetic peer educators participation figure dialogue education mode.Two groups were all educated by nurses according to figure dialogue manual.The speaking time during education program and the score of the third version of the diabetes attitude scale(DAS.3)were compared.The glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)after discharged for 6months was observed.Results The speaking time and DAS.3scores of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the HbA1 cin observation group was lower than control group(all P〈0.01).Conclusions Diabetes peer educators participating figure dialogue education mode can improve effect of figure dialogue education,and promote the patients' blood glucose control.
