摘　　要：目的 :了解新疆北部牧业地区农牧民基本卫生服务需要和利用现状及存在问题,并提出相应对策。方法 :于2014年7—8月,通过多阶段抽样对伊犁州新源县哈拉布拉乡和阿勒泰地区青河县阿热勒托别乡7个行政村654名农牧民进行入户面对面问卷调查,同期访谈13名关键知情人。结果 :居民两周患病率为20.6%,新型农村合作医疗保险覆盖率为95.9%,两周就诊率为15.4%,住院率为18.3%,乡镇卫生院住院率为8.6%,乡镇卫生院人均住院天数为6.46 d。农牧民两周患病率与民族、年龄有关,两周就诊率与年龄、家庭年医疗支出有关,两周未就诊率仅与自评疾病严重程度有关。结论 :农牧民基本卫生服务需要大、利用不足,须加强基层卫生服务人员队伍建设满足卫生服务需要,增强农牧民健康意识和卫生服务利用水平。Objective：To investigate the basic health service needs and utilization of farmers and herdsmen in northern Xinjiang. Methods：A total of 654 farmers and herdsmen in seven villages of Halabula town,Xinyuan County in Yili Region and Areletuobie Town,Qinghe County in Altay Region were investigated through face-to-face questionnaire survey. Thirteen individual in-depth interviews were conducted. Results：Residents’ two-week prevalence was 20.6%,the population coverage rate of new rural cooperative medical insurance was 95.9%,two-week consultation rate was 15.4%,the hospitalization rate was 18.3%,and the average length of hospitalization stay was 6.46 days. The influencing factors of the two-week consultation rate of residents included age,family annual medical expenditure and time from home to the nearest medical institutions. Self-rated severity of disease was only related to non-utilization of health services. Conclusion：The need of basic health services for farmers and herdsmen was great,while the use was inadequate. It is suggested to strengthen the development of basic health service personnel to meet the needs of health services,and to enhance the awareness of the use of health care of farmers and herdsmen.
