摘　　要：对沈阳市绿道规划建设技术导则编制目的进行阐述,同时对导则编制背景和编制难点进行分析,明确了导则编制的指导思想,在绿道慢行道、节点及附属设施等方面,分别提出了相应的配置原则和技术要求。提出了三级绿道体系、三级绿道标识体系、三级驿站体系,并把绿道融入城市通勤交通系统,强化多模式换乘,满足建设者、决策者、管理者的相应需求,规范指导沈阳绿道建设,从而提高市民的生活品质。The article sets forth the compilation purpose of technical guidelines for the planning and construction of green roads in Shenyang City, analyzes the compilation background and difficulties of the guidelines, defines the guiding idea of guideline compilation, and puts forward the relative setting principles and technical requirements for the slow lanes, nodes and auxiliary facilities of green roads. The article proposes three-level green road system, three-level green road identification system and three-level post system, and introduces the green road coming into urban commuting traffic system, and the strengthening of multi-mode transfer, which can meet the relative demands of constructor, decision maker and manager, and standardizes and guides the construction of green roads in Shenyang so as to improve the life quality of the residents.
