摘　　要：现阶段国内多条高速公路都因服务水平日趋下降,难以满足交通量增长的需要而进行了改扩建。设计阶段是工程造价管理的关键期,是有效控制工程造价的重要阶段。从临时工程、路基工程、路面工程、桥梁涵洞工程、安全设施和机电工程、环保绿化工程、取费标准等方面分别叙述了工程造价编制过程中的难点及注意事项。At the present stage, many expressways have been reconstructed and extended because of hard to meet the needs of traffic growth and the gradually declining of service level in China. The design phase is the key period of engineering cost management, and is an important stage effectively to control of the engineering cost. This paper describes the difficulties and precautions in the preparation of engineering coast from the temporary engineering, subgrade engineering, pavement engineering, bridge and culvert engineering, safety facilities, mechanical and electrical engineering, environmental protection and greening engineering, standard for collecting fee, and etc.
