硅胶肛管和气囊导尿管对结肠造口患者灌肠的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较肛管和气囊导尿管应用于结肠造口灌肠的效果,以寻找最佳灌肠途径。方法将78例结肠造口患者按入院先后顺序随机分为对照组与观察组,每组39例,对照组采用传统硅胶肛管清洁灌肠方法,观察组采用改良的双腔气囊导尿管方法灌肠,比较两组患者灌肠效果、满意度、成功率及并发症(出血、穿孔)发生情况。结果观察组灌肠效果优于对照组(P<0.01),观察组优82.1%、良12.8%、差5.1%均显著优于对照组优48.7%、良33.3%、差18.0%;观察组灌肠成功率92.3%高于对照组的64.1%(P<0.05);出血和穿孔发生率:观察组分别为2.6%和0,低于对照组的20.5%和15.4%(P<0.05);舒适和满意度观察组为92.3%,高于对照组的48.7%(P<0.01)。结论与常规硅胶肛管相比,使用双腔气囊导尿管灌肠是一种理想的结肠造口灌肠方法。Objective To compare the clinical effect of anal canal and balloon catheter on colostomy enema and find the best irrigation way.Methods 78 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,according to the ID number.The observation group was treated with improved enema method,and control group was treated with the traditional enema method.The enema success rate,complications（bleeding,perforation）,patient comfort and satisfaction were observed.Results The enema effect of observation group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05-0.01）.The bleeding and perforation in observation group were lower than that in the control group.The patient satisfaction of observation was higher than that of control group.Conclusion Compared with the conventional anal canal,double lumen balloon catheter enema is an ideal irrigation methods underwent colostomy.
