精油芳香疗法联合穴位按摩对减轻脑卒中后抑郁的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察芳香疗法联合穴位按摩对脑卒中后抑郁的临床效果。方法将96例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为观察组1、观察组2和对照组,每组32例。观察组1在常规治疗护理基础上予精油芳香疗法联合穴位按摩,观察组2在常规治疗护理基础上予穴位按摩,对照组只接受常规治疗护理。3组患者分别在干预前和干预4周后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表和美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表进行疗效评价。结果汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分干预前3组组间差异均无统计学意义,干预后3组组间差异有统计学意义;干预前后组内比较,汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分观察组1明显下降(t=13.693,P<0.001),观察组2(t=9.776,P<0.001)及对照组(t=3.215,P=0.003)也有一定下降。美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分干预前及干预后3组组间差异均无统计学意义;干预前后比较,3组干预后评分均较干预前有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论精油芳香疗法联合穴位按摩法可有效改善脑卒中后抑郁患者的抑郁症状。Objective To observe the clinical effect of aromatherapy combined with point massage on depression for patients after stroke.Method Divide 96 depression patients after stroke into observation group 1,observation group 2and control group equally.Patients in observation group 1receive aromatherapy combined with point massage based on routine nursing care.Patients in observation group 2receive point massage based on routine nursing care.Patients in control group receive only routine nursing care.Assess the effect in three groups by Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）and NIH Stroke Scale（NIHSS）before and 4weeks after intervention.Result There is no significant difference on score of HAMD between three groups before intervention.But the difference is significant after intervention.In group 1,score on HAMD is significantly reduced after intervention（t=13.693,P〈0.001）.Score on HAMD is also reduced in group 2（t=9.776,P〈0.001）and control group（t=3.215,P=0.003）.There is no significant difference on score of NIHSS between three groups before and after intervention（P〈0.001）.Conclusion Aromatherapy combined with point massage can relieve depression for patients after stroke effectively.
