男护生自卑感现状及其与人格特征和社会支持度的关系研究

摘　　要：目的分析男护生自卑感与人格特征、社会支持度的关系。方法采用自卑感量表、大五人格量表和领悟社会支持量表对浙江省、江苏省4所高校在读本科大一至大四4个年级的279名男护生进行调查,另采用自卑感量表对本科大一至大四4个年级547名女护生进行调查。结果男护生自卑感总分为(90.44±24.52)分,女护生自卑感总分为(87.14±16.88)分,男、女护生在自卑感总分及社交自信、学习能力、体能自信自卑感维度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年级男护生在自卑感总分及各维度的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),尤以大三学生自卑感最高;来自农村的男护生在社交自卑感方面高于来自城镇者(P<0.05);家庭收入偏低的男护生的社交自信、外貌自卑感高于家庭收入较高者(P<0.05);被动就读护理专业的男护生的自尊维度自卑感高于主动选择护理专业者(P<0.05);未担任班级或校内职务的男护生在自卑感总分及自尊、社交自信、学习能力维度的自卑感高于有担任职务者(P<0.05);学习成绩处于下游的男护生在自卑感总分及自尊、学习能力维度的自卑感高于中上游者(P<0.05)。男护生自卑感总分与神经质维度呈正相关(r=0.748,P<0.01),与外向性(r=-0.210)、开放性(r=-0.232)、宜人性(r=-0.539)、严谨性(r=-0.155)呈负相关(P均<0.01)。男护生自卑感与社会支持度呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论男护生自卑感普遍较高,其与人格特征和社会支持度存在一定的关系。Objective To analyze the relationship between personality,social support degree and sense of inferiority of male nursing students.Method Investigate 279 male nursing students from the first to forth year of undergraduate degree in 4universities of Zhejiang and Jiangsu Province by the Feelings of Inadequacy Scale（FIS）,Neuroticism Extraversion Openness Five-Factor Inventory（NEO-FFI）and Perceived Social Support Scale（PSSS）.Investigate 547 female nursing students from the first to forth year of undergraduate degree by FIS.Result The total sense of inferiority score is（90.44±24.52）for male nursing students and（87.14±16.88）for female nursing students.There is significant difference on total sense of inferiority score and sense of inferiority in dimensions of social confidence,learning ability,confidence on physical ability between male and female nursing students（P〈0.05）.There is significant difference on total sense of inferiority score and other dimensions for male nursing students in different grades（P〈0.05）,in which junior students has the strongest sense of inferiority.Male nursing students from rural areas have stronger social inferiority than male nursing students from cities and towns（P〈0.05）.Male nursing students with low family income have stronger sense of inferiority in dimensions of social confidence and appearance than male nursing students with higher family income（P〈0.05）.Sense of inferiority in dimension of self-esteem is stronger for male nursing students who major in nursing care passively than students who choose the major by themselves（P〈0.05）.Male nursing students without any duty or job in school and class have higher total sense of inferiority score and stronger sense of inferiority in dimensions of self-esteem,social confidence and learning ability than students with some duty and job（P〈0.05）.Male nursing students with poorer academic performance have higher total sense of inferiority score and stronger sense of inferiority in dimensions
