三甲抗增消刺汤内服外敷治疗腰椎骨质增生症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨三甲抗增消刺汤内服外敷治疗腰椎骨质增生症的临床效果。方法将2013年2月-2014年2月于陕西省宝鸡市中医医院骨科确诊的腰椎骨质增生症患者60例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者给予三甲抗增消刺汤单纯内服治疗,观察组患者给予三甲抗增消刺汤内服外敷联合治疗,比较两组临床效果、疼痛程度、腰屈曲范围及相关临床症状消失时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率（96.67%）明显高于对照组（76.67%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗后VAS[（1.64±0.41）分]明显低于治疗前[（7.52±1.88）分]及对照组[（4.77±1.20）分],腰屈曲范围[（68.39±17.10）cm]明显大于治疗前[（46.37±11.60）cm]及对照组[（55.46±13.87）cm],差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗后下肢浮肿、咳喘及口唇紫消失时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论三甲抗增消刺汤内服外敷治疗腰椎骨质增生症的临床效果优于单纯内服治疗,且未发现不良反应,建议推广。Objective To investigate clinical effect on internal and external administration of Three Anti Special Thorn Soup in the treatment of lumbar hyperosteogeny. Methods 60 patients diagnosed as lumbar hyperosteogeny in Department of Orthopaedics, Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Baoji City, Shaanxi Province From February 2013 to February 2014 were randomly divide into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. Control group was internal treated by Three Anti Special Thorn Soup, observation group was given internal and external treatment of Three Anti Special Thorn Soup. Clinical effect, the degree of pain, lumbar flexion range and related clinical symptom disappear time between two groups were compared. Results Total effective rate in observation group was 96.67%, significantly higher than that in control group（76.67%）, with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. VAS after treatment in observation group was（1.64±0.41） points, significantly lower than those before treatment of（7.52±1.88） points and control group of（4.77±1.20） points; lumbar flexion range after treatment in observation group was（68.39 ±17.10） cm, significantly greater than those before treatment of（46.37±11.60） cm and control group of（55.46±13.87） cm, with statistical differences（P〈0.05）. Disappear time of lower extremity edema, cough and gasp and oral purple after treatment in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group, with statistical differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical effect on internal and external administration of Three Anti Special Thorn Soup in the treatment of lumbar hyperosteogeny is better than exclusively internal treatment, and find no adverse reaction, it is recommended that the promotion.
