摘　　要：随着改革开放的深入和现代化建设步伐的加快,国家进入了一个全新的发展阶段。高校党外知识分子工作是新时期国家党外知识分子工作的一个重要组成部分,高校党外知识分子更是国家党外知识分子的重要来源。新时期高校党外知识分子呈现出与以往不同的思想特征,凸显出深深的时代烙印。高校党外知识分子工作存在着不足和问题,针对这些问题提出有针对性的解决方案。With the deepening of the reform and open policy and the acceleration of the pace of modernization,The country has entered a newstage of development. The college non-party intellectuals work is an important part of the national non-party intellectuals. The college non-party intellectuals are important sources of the national non-party intellectuals. The college non-party intellectuals＇ ideas in newera showthe different characteristics and highlight the deep time mark. The college non-party intellectuals work has the deficiencies and problems. We can solve these problems through targeted solutions.
