转型背景下房地产开发与管理专业实践教学体系的重构——以沈阳工程学院为例

摘　　要：地方高校向应用型本科教育转变,意味着专业人才培养的重点更多转向学生的动手实践和创新创业能力,因此必须重新认识理论教学和实践教学的关系,提高实践教学在整个教学体系中的地位和作用。通过深刻认识转型发展对实践教学体系提出的新要求,对照分析房地产开发与管理专业实践教学体系存在的问题,提出了该专业实践教学体系重构的具体措施。As local universities are transformed to applied undergraduate education,professional training has to focus much more on the handling,innovation and entrepreneurial abilities of students. Therefore,it is necessary to re-recognize the relationship between theory teaching and practice teaching and improve practice teaching position and the role in the teaching system. Through a profound understanding of the newrequirements about practice teaching system,and comparative analysis of the practice teaching system problems in real estate development and management program,the study puts forward some specific measures for the professional practice teaching system reconstruction.
