摘　　要：新时期建设社会主义文化强国是中国特色社会主义建设的重要内容。作为社会主义文化建设不可或缺的有机组成部分,大学文化建设对社会文化思想的发展、先进文化的传承创新、高校的可持续发展具有重要的现实价值。由于各种社会历史及现实的原因,当前我国大学文化建设中存在诸多问题。新时期的大学文化建设要以社会主义核心价值体系为指导,坚持以人为本理念,坚持个性文化和特色文化,同时要坚持制度建设具有可操作性及中西文化相结合原则。Constructing socialist powerful cultural country is an important content of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.As an indispensable organic part of socialist culture construction,the construction of university culture has important practical value to the development of social and cultural thought,the advanced culture of innovation and the sustainable development of universities.Due to a variety of social history and practical reasons,there are many problems in current construction of university culture.Therefore,the construction of university culture in the new era should take the socialist core value system as the guidance,adhere to the people-oriented philosophy,the individual and distinctive culture,and stick to the system building with a workable principle and the combination of Chinese and Western cultures.
