跌倒风险等级预警系统的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨跌倒风险等级预警系统的临床适用性。方法：选择我院2014年1-12月住院患者1000例,并随机等分为试验组和对照组,对照组采用常规防跌倒措施,试验组采用患者跌倒风险等级预警系统。应用客观评价指标分别于不同时间点进行测评。结果：实施跌倒风险等级预警系统的患者对跌倒防范措施知晓率提高,跌倒发生率较对照组降低,其差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：跌倒风险等级预警系统用于预防患者跌倒的效果明显。Objective： To explore the clinical applicability of fall risk level warning system. Methods： The 1000 cases of hospitalized patients from January to December in 2014 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and the control group. The control group is used with conventional fall prevention measures,and the experimental group with uses the patients fall risk level warning system. The objective evaluation index is applied to evaluate in different both of them at different time points. Results： The implementation of fall risk early warning system helped patients with fall preventionawareness,whose difference had statistically significant incidence（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The early warning system for the risk of fall had an obvious effect on preventing the patient fall.
