摘　　要：目的：探讨脑卒中专科住院手册在脑卒中患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法：选取2014年1-12月入住我院神经内科的脑卒中患者268例为观察组,在给予患者口头健康教育的同时,提供专科住院手册,评价健康教育效果;将2013年1-12月收治的脑卒中患者226例为对照组,给予口头健康宣教。将两组患者健康教育达标率、意外受伤事件发生率、患者满意度进行比较。结果：观察组较对照组健康教育达标率、患者满意度明显高,意外受伤事件发生率明显低,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：脑卒中患者实施健康教育中应用专科住院手册,能明显提高健康教育效果,减少患者意外受伤事件发生率,保证患者安全,提升患者满意度。Objective： To explore the application effect of stroke specialized subject hospital manual in health education for patients with stroke. Methods： We selected 268 cases of patients with stroke from January to December in 2014 in department of neurologyas the observation group. We gave patients oral health education as well as provided the specialized subject hospital manualto evaluate effect of health education. At the same time,226 cases of patients with stroke from January to December in 2013 would be regarded as control group with oral health education. We would compare and contrast the health education success rate,incidence of accidental injuries and patient satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Results： Compared with the control group,the observation group was higher in health education success rate and patient satisfaction,significantly lower in incidence of accidental injury events,which showed statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The implementation of specialized subject hospital manual with health education in patients with stroke can significantly improve the effect of health education,reduce the incidence of accidental injuries patients so as to ensure the safety of patients and improve patient satisfaction.
