摘　　要：目的：探讨孕产妇信息管理系统对孕产检依从性的临床影响。方法：回顾性分析我院自2014年2-3月收治的300例孕产妇并设为对照组,选择2015年2-3月收治的300例孕产妇为试验组,比较两组孕产妇的满意度差异以及高危妊娠孕妇筛出率、孕产妇剖宫产率、缺陷儿出生率。结果：试验组孕产妇满意度高达100.00%,远高于对照组孕产妇的满意度83.33%（P〈0.05）,并且两组孕妇的高危妊娠孕妇筛出率、剖宫产率、缺陷儿出生率也存在较大的差异（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义。结论：孕产妇信息管理系统提高了孕产妇的孕产检依从性,孕产妇的满意度较高,值得推广。Objective： To explore the clinical influence on maternal information management system for pregnancy check compliance. Methods： Had a retrospective analysis to 300 cases puerpera treated in our hospital from February to March in 2014 and set them as control group. Selected 300 cases puerpera treated in our hospital from February to March in 2015 and set them as experiment group. The satisfaction difference,high- risk pregnant women sorting rate,maternal cesarean section rate and the birth rate of defect children of two groups puerpera were compared. Results： The puerpera satisfaction in experiment group reached 100. 00%（ 300 cases）,which was higher than the satisfaction 83. 33%（ 250 cases） of puerpera in control group（ P〈 0. 05）. And a great difference existed in the high- risk pregnant women sorting rate,maternal cesarean section rate and the birth rate of defect children（ P 〈 0. 05）,which was of statistic significance. Conclusion： Maternal information management system improved the pregnancy check compliance with higher puerpera satisfaction,which was worth promoting.
