摘　　要：目的：探讨肌肉放松疗法对视网膜脱离术后患者的影响。方法：选择2013年5月-2014年10月60例行视网膜脱离手术的患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,并选用俯卧位、低头坐位等交替使用的体位护理;观察组在对照组护理措施基础上进行肌肉放松疗法的护理,并在训练前及训练后1周、1个月、3个月对患者焦虑度进行问卷回访和眼压测定。结果：两组患者训练前和训练后1周焦虑评分和眼压比较均无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,均表现为明显焦虑,眼压高于正常值;1个月和3个月后焦虑评分和眼压均有下降,但对照组下降缓慢,观察组下降明显,两组比较均有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：肌肉放松疗法配合体位护理可改善视网膜脱离围术期患者舒适度和情绪,降低了患者的焦虑度和眼压,对患者的术后康复有积极作用。Objective： To research the influence muscle relaxation therapy has to patients after retinal detachment surgery. Methods： Selected 60 patients who took retinal detachment surgery from May 2013 to October 2014 and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,the control group adopted normal care,and used the care positions of prostration,head drop and so on alternatively; the observation group took muscle relaxation therapy based on the control group＇s nursing measures,and did questionnaire and intraocular pressure（ IOP） testing toward patients＇ anxiety when one week,one month and three months before and after training. Results： Patients＇ anxiety score and IOP comparison had no statistic difference when one week before and after training（ P 〈0. 05）,both showed obvious anxiety and IOP above normal value; when after one and three months,anxiety score and IOP both declined,but the control group declined slowly while the observation group declined obviously,and the comparison of the two groups both had statistic difference（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Match muscle relaxation therapy with position care can improve the patient＇s comfort and emotion after retinal detachment surgery,reduce patient＇s anxiety and IOP,and has positive effect toward patient＇s postoperative rehabilitation.
