优质护理模式在胸腹腔镜复合手术下食管癌患者的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨优质护理模式在行胸腹腔镜复合手术的食管癌患者中的应用效果。方法：将2013年7月-2015年1月在我院接受治疗的60例食管癌患者按数字随机表法等分为优质护理组和整体护理组,比较两种护理模式对患者的临床疗效。结果：两组患者的手术时间、术后住院时间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;优质护理组的患者术后并发症发生少于整体护理模式组（P〈0.05）。两组患者护理后SAS、SDS评分情况均有所下降,其中优质护理组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪改善程度明显优于责任制整体护理组,组间比较具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。术后优质护理组患者疼痛程度及满意度均优于整体护理组（P〈0.05）。结论：对行胸腹腔镜复合手术的食管癌患者实行优质护理模式可以提高手术治疗效果及患者满意度,缓解患者不良情绪,改善其生存质量。Objective： To research the effect of different care models toward esophagus cancer patient after laparoscopic surgery. Methods： Divided 60 esophagus cancer patients who took therapy in our hospital from July 2013 to January 2015 into high quality nursing group and overall nursing group randomly to compare the effect of the two nursing models. Results： The comparison of the difference of the operation time and postoperative hospital stay time of the two groups didn＇t have any statistic meaning（ P 〉 0. 05）; the postoperative complications of high quality nursing group were less than the overall nursing group（ P 〈 0. 05）. the SAS and SDS scores both declined,especially the improvement extent of the patients＇ anxiety and depression emotion of the high quality nursing group was obviously better than the overall nursing group（ P〈 0. 05）. The pain degree and satisfaction degree of the high quality nursing group after surgery were better than the overall nursing group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Adopt the high quality nursing model toward esophagus cancer patient taking laparoscopic surgery can improve the operation effect and patient＇s satisfaction,remit patient＇s bad emotion,and improve their living quality.
